Sip Inc. ("Sip Studio," "we," "us," "our") operates the website at sipstudio.ai and the client portal at app.sipstudio.ai. We are an AI-native visual agency that produces video, social media, and SEO content for architecture and design firms.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our website, portal, or services.

2. What Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information:
- Email address (required for portal login)
- Full name
- Company name, brand name, business vertical
- Website URL, Instagram handle, TikTok handle
Project Content:
- Project photos uploaded by our team on your behalf
- Keyframe images and video files created by our production engine
- Captions, hashtags, and post metadata
Approval and Feedback Data:
- Your approval or rejection decisions on keyframes and videos
- Comments and feedback on specific content pieces
- Revision requests and history
Communications:
- Emails, messages, and other communications you send to us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Session Data:
- Authentication cookies to keep you logged in (30-day sessions)
- Login timestamps
We do NOT collect:
- Browsing behavior or page analytics beyond what is needed to operate and improve our services
- IP-based geolocation for tracking purposes
- Data through third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels
2.3 Information from Third Parties
Instagram and Social Media Metrics (when applicable):
- Public post performance data (views, likes, saves, shares, comments) pulled from platform APIs for content we publish on your behalf
- This data is associated with your company account, not personal profiles
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver our service — create, manage, and publish visual content on your behalf
- Operate the portal — authenticate your account, display your projects, process approvals
- Improve content quality — learn from your approval and rejection patterns to produce better content for you over time
- Communicate with you — send approval requests, status updates, and performance reports
- Improve our service — analyze aggregate patterns across clients to improve production quality (never shared in identifiable form)
We do NOT use your information to:
- Serve advertisements
- Sell to third parties
- Build behavioral profiles for marketing purposes
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Infrastructure:
- Portal hosted on Vercel (United States)
- Database hosted on Supabase (Postgres, United States)
- Media files (images, videos) stored in Supabase Storage with time-limited signed URLs — no publicly accessible file links
Access Controls:
- Row-level security ensures you can only view your own company's content
- Admin access requires authenticated backend credentials
- All portal connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
Retention:
- Account and project data retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow for data export and account closure
- Published content metrics retained indefinitely in aggregate form
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8)
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
We do NOT share your project photos, content, or approval data with any third party except as required to deliver the service (e.g., posting content to your social media accounts as authorized by you).
6. AI and Your Content
Our production engine uses AI models to generate visual content from your project photos. Specifically:
- Your project photos are processed by AI image and video generation models to produce content for your approval
- Your approval and feedback data is used to improve content quality for your account over time
- Aggregate, de-identified patterns across clients may be used to improve our production system generally
We do NOT:
- Share your content with other clients
- Use your proprietary project images for any purpose other than producing content for you, unless you give explicit permission for portfolio/marketing use
We select AI providers whose terms do not permit training on customer inputs via paid API access. Your project photos are sent to these providers solely for content generation and are not retained by them for model training purposes.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for portal authentication and session management (via Supabase Auth). These keep you logged in for up to 30 days.
We do NOT use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies
- Cross-site tracking of any kind
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your account
- Delete your data — request deletion of your account and associated project data
- Export your content — request copies of all content produced for you
- Withdraw consent — stop using the service at any time

California Residents (CCPA): You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the portal before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
